Partner Privacy Policy

We maintain data on our partners and potential partners so we can contact them and allow them to interact with each other.

This page describes what data is maintained and what rights you have over your data.

PBDD maintains a database of partners and potential partners. This database is not publicly accessible, though restricted views to it are available to provide summary information on our partner agencies, such as on our Partner Agencies page.

Within this database, we maintain:

The purpose of this database is to help PBDD’s board, staff, and volunteers maintain the ability to contact our partner agencies, to reflect the mission of our partners, and to present public information regarding our partner agencies to visitors to PBDD’s web site.

In addition to the database, PBDD maintains a mailing list of partner contacts. This is used to provide updates to partner agencies on the activities of PBDD, solicit input from our partners on topics related to digital inclusion, notify partner agencies of information related to digital inclusion, and to engage in other communication consistent with our mission.

Since this is a WordPress site, cookies are used by WordPress to manage logged-in user sessions and authentication, and to remember a user’s name and email address if they fill out a form. We do not require users to be logged in to access information on our web pages, so if you have concerns, don’t log in. Google Analytics also keeps some information. You can read their privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en

If you have concerns, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request corrections to that data, or that we erase any data we hold about you. PBDD cannot delete any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
