2 Information Sharing
- Review partner description update status: TLC updated. Email sent to Veterans Court, response requested by June 10th. Need to send update to The Repair Association (trade association, not on Guidestar)
- Web page updates: RAILS Training Materials
- Helping random groups- 501c3 in Western PA looking for broadband for campground
- PA Initiative: Offered to help host & manage website, waiting to hear back.
- Partner status: odlan, https://www.odlan.ca/
- Partner status: Sent survey with $100 grant offers on June 6, received several responses within an hour. Initial winners: RSVP & IBSA. Sent follow up emails to responders with intent to follow up.
- Program services number one priority for majority. For Other: building renovations, PR/advertising, branded material (boxes, welcome pads)
- Banking update. Merger of banks so that our West Suburban Bank account became a business account with a monthly fee. Found a PA bank called Truest with a special account for nonprofits that doesn’t have a monthly service fee as long as we don’t have more than 200 transactions per month. (Easy.) Set up an account for PBDD. Finally got through to Old Second, who also has a special account as long as you don’t have more than 120 transactions per month. So, no rush to close that account. May close the Old Second in August when we visit the Midwest.

- Closed 6/3/22. Opened 4/11/2022 – Check on how to send out newsletters that resist spam folders. Barry. 4/18 started trial with Emailable, identified which ones were safe and potentially not safe.
